Copy your formatted listing to WhatsApp (and other share options)
Once your listing is live, sharing it should take seconds—not retyping specs in every chat. WhatListing builds a public page for your item or business; from that page you get formatted text plus your link, tuned for WhatsApp and other channels, alongside simple ways to copy the URL or use your phone's share sheet.
How sharing works on the listing page
- Copy to WhatsApp — Tap the button that copies your listing as a ready-made summary (title, key details, and link). Your clipboard is filled, then WhatsApp opens so you can paste or send in one flow. A short on-screen note confirms the copy and that WhatsApp is opening.
- Share Helper — Open Share Helper to choose WhatsApp-style or Facebook-style formatting, read a live preview, tap Copy text, or jump straight to Open WhatsApp / Open Facebook Marketplace when you want to post there.
- Share — Use Share to open the Share listing dialog: copy the plain link to your listing, or on supported devices use the system Share action so you can send the URL through any app.
When you're the buyer
If the seller added a WhatsApp number, you'll see a way to Contact via WhatsApp with a short message that includes the listing link. On some listings, spam protection may ask for a quick verification step before contact details appear—exact steps can vary by listing.
